The Agency Genova-Living is an owner-managed real estate agency with many years of experience in the real estate business in Mallorca. We are happy to help you find your property in and around Palma de Mallorca.
We ended up in Palma by accident about 20 years ago and never wanted to leave since. We are based in the neighbourhood of El Terreno and fell in love for the surrounding neighbourhoods of La Bonanova and Genova as well. We like the authentic and quiet character of the Genova district and appreciate a lot the proximity to the city centre. You can be sure that you will find real insider knowledge and of course the best properties with us.

Katja Schrapel
Katja has lived in Palma for more than 20 years, where she started her small family and has lived with them and 2 dogs in Palma’s El Terreno district. Her heart beats for animals, real estate, painting and music.
Her favourite thing is selling properties in need of renovation, where she can philosophise with the customers about it.
Toni Grunwald
Toni is now in his 4th year on the island and still hasn’t had enough of the sunny weather and the great views. He loves the island’s sporting activities and the gastronomic diversity of the international residents.
He especially loves properties that offer a wonderful view over the bay of Palma and out to the open sea.
Alina Burkert
Alina has been living on Mallorca for more than 5 years and doesn’t want to leave the island. She is particularly taken with Palma’s architecture and diversity.
Her passion is bachata and salsa dancing.
She prefers to sell renovated properties, especially penthouses.
